Net neutrality issues rises again

Net neutrality has again come into the public eye with the U.S. Senate passing the Congressional Review Act on May 16. The Senate’s legislation states, “This joint resolution nullifies the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission entitled ‘Restoring Internet Freedom.’ The rule published on Feb. 22, 2018: To clarify, if this became law, it would override the FCC’s 2017 position as explained near the end of this article.
