Democrat Disrespects Texas Shooting Victims by Turn Moment of Silence into Political Message

According to The Hill:

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) says he walked out of a moment of silence on the House floor for victims of the mass shooting in Texas, saying he “will not be silent” after yet another massacre.

“My colleagues right now are doing a moment of silence in the House of Representatives’ chambers,” Lieu said. “I respect their right to do that and I myself have participated in many of them.”

“But I can’t do this again, I’ve been to too many moments of silences. In just my short period in congress three of the worst mass shootings in us history have occurred. I will not be silent.”

So instead of giving the victims a moment of respect, as he’s admittedly done in the past, he decided had to tromp out of the auditorium and whine like a two year old.  Why doesn;t he do something productive like write check of his own money to support the family?  Why doesn’t he go down with the families an consul them?  This is sick psychotic individual trying to build a case for re-election, not to really do anything.  He devoid of substance and should be removed from all the committees he’s on.
