Stop eating gummy vitamins like they’re candy

I can’t believe items that are pure sugar or corn syrup could be bad for you?  I occasionally use them but I have stockach issues.  I need to get what nutrition I can when that happens.  I just wish they made a sugar free version.

At what point does the spoonful of sugar that helps the medicine go down become counterproductive?
