Policies to preserve buildings, including privately-owned homes, for historical, cultural or architectural reasons are widespread across Europe and North America. Royalty, Dynasties, The Elite, The Deep State And Central Bankers

“Indeed, the existence of class, of social hierarchy, is as old as man himself. It prevails in the jungle where strength determines hierarchy; among men, it has also been savagely the same; whereby rulers vested with power through personal combat; or through lineal heritage as in the case of royalty; ravage their subjects.” —Sionil Jose, Contemporary Philippine English Author

Never have so many been so enamored by an irrational fantasy, spoon fed to us by a news media hungry to appeal to the raw emotions of their “subjects” ….. for ratings.  It was TV saturation of Harry and Meghan, channel, after channel, after channel.  If the world were coming to an end, we’d still be seeing Harry and Meghan on our flat screens.

By the time you read this, the pomp, circumstance and pageantry “wedding of the century“, under the British Crown, will finally be over and the “little” people can go back to their daily drab lives while they dream of prince and princesses.

Hopefully, it is obvious to some that Prince Harry and American Princess Meghan Markle are flesh and blood people, as are all royals.  They eat and drink, they sleep, they eliminate, they get sick, they make love, they have kids and like every other human being on this planet, they bleed and they eventually die.  Their brain and their body parts are the same as yours.  They are not elevated to some superior status just because of a birthright.  It is a fantasy, a fiction and a contradiction of and conflict with human freedom.  At the risk of offending a whole lot of people, you are being conned ….. unfortunately willingly.

What hogwash.  For God’s sake people, we fought a revolution to be free of Kings, Queens, royalty, the elite and the bankers.  Now we glorify them?

We are WE THE PEOPLE, not subjects of the Crown, or the Democrats, or the Republicans, or the executive branch, or the legislative branch, or the judicial branch, or the deep state, or the central bankers.  We’re not British subjects any more and haven’t been for over two centuries.  We are free Americans and at great cost and sacrifice.  But oh how quickly we abdicate our individual sovereignty to those who wield political power over us without so much as a whimper or a nod.  We have sullied and trashed the memory of every man, woman, or child that gave their lives for freedom.  In 242 years we have plundered our freedom and gave it up for a false sense of security and a free handout from government, along with millions of strangling laws, rules and regulations.

Look what has happened to the original thirteen colonies, those Confederation of states that gave birth to American freedom, the Declaration of Independence and the U. S. Constitution during and after the American Revolution?  At least eleven of those colonial states have morphed into socialist strongholds where Democrat/socialists control the legislative, judicial and executive branches of government, as well as the bureaucracy.

Massachusetts is a far cry from the days of yesteryear and the battles of Concord, Lexington and Bunker Hill.  Massachusetts spawned the flawed and corrupt Kennedy Dynasty and the likes of Senator Elizabeth (Pocahontas) Warren.  Vermont gave birth to that socialist wonder, U. S. Senator Bernie Sanders.  What is even more alarming is that millions of millennials flocked to Bernie’s coattails when he ran for President in 2016.

The Royal Connecticut legislature, gun control nuts all, just passed the National Popular Vote Compact.  The Compact, by Democrat controlled states, are blatantly designed to circumvent the Electoral College and return America to the popular vote.  They may just succeed.

From an article in the Daily Signal they describe Connecticut’s conspiratorial end run around the Constitution.

“Most Americans have never heard of the National Popular Vote compact, but it is shockingly close to causing a major political and legal firestorm.  It is a clever scheme to change how we elect the president without the bother of having to pass a constitutional amendment.”

“States that approve this legislation enter a simple compact with one another.  Each participating state agrees to allocate its electors to the winner of the national popular vote regardless of how its own citizens voted.  The compact goes into effect when states holding 270 electoral votes (enough to win the presidency) have agreed to the plan.”

“With Connecticut’s vote, 11 states and the District of Columbia have now approved the measure, giving the compact a total of 172 electors. It needs only 98 more to reach the 270 mark.”

And look what has happened to the Democrat-controlled States of California, Oregon and Washington.  California might just as well be its own separate socialist Central American Spanish-speaking country and secede from the Union.  Oregon and Washington, that is the Western parts, have succumbed to the rallying cry of not only socialism but radical environmentalism, while taxing their citizens to death by the billions for the worldwide con game of climate change, salmon habitat restoration for Indians and paying for the homeless.  The more money they throw at the homeless and the Indians, the more the homeless and the Indians demand.  Duh!

Meanwhile, Americans get all goo-goo eyed over a wedding of two mortals, who just happened to be the offspring of do-nothing royals in a country that can’t seem to divest itself of its royal King and Queen past.

But it’s not just the British royals and family dynasties we abhor.  Government, the elite, the establishment, the deep state, central bankers and the Socialist Democrats are on our list as well.

Everywhere you turn, or own royal government is in our face.  Laws, regulations, permits, taxes and higher costs due to government negligence, corruption and fiscal insanity, dominate your life.  We might just as well live under a King or Queen.

You can’t turn sideways without breaking a law.  You live in a police state but you don’t know it, or don’t care.  You tell yourself, “well that’s OK, at least they haven’t come into my house.”   And how long will it be before they start walking into your house without a warrant, or come on your property and poke around looking for violations for which they can fine you, or send you to jail?  Wake up!  American “royals” are already doing it, for a fair-the-well.  So you say, “well that’s OK, at least they haven’t come into my bedroom.”  Think again!  They are already looking into your bedroom and checking out the sex behavior of the American culture for use in designing further controlling policies.  College and universities spit out these over-educated psychological “experts” like cordwood and guess where they go to work?  That’s right, government, public education and academia.

Government royals collect the most intimate details about each of us and all that information is stored on massive computers.  Cameras are everywhere.  Electronic surveillance is ever present.  The FBI and DOJ have gone rogue.  Government, under Obama Care, requires that all of your medical records be electronically stored in a national database.  Doctor – patient privacy will be non-existent, if it isn’t already.

Got a sex problem?  The government will know.  Not paying your bills?  The government will know.  Got guns in your house?  The government will know.  Got speeding tickets?  The government will know.  Had an argument with your spouse? The government will know.  Spanked your kids?  The government will know.  Using too much electricity or water?  Government will know.

Have you heard of the government Fusion Centers or the NSA?  Look them up.  It will make your blood boil.  They have taken spying on Americans down to a veritable science and the leading edge of technology.

They even have a machine now that can drive by your house or your car and see and hear everything that is going on inside there, in lurid detail.

Then there are the local public schools that your royal government has stuck their hand in through the U. S. Department of Education.  We wrote about this issue recently in our article entitled, “Well Johnny What Did You Learn At School Today?”  By setting the national curriculum, they are brainwashing, that’s right, we said brainwashing, your kids.  You say, “well what’s the brainwashing?”   The brainwashing is a curriculum that is the antithesis of the American foundation of individual rights, freedom, liberty, and sovereignty.  They teach psychologically washed multi-culturalism, collectivism, socialism, radical environmentalism and political correctness.  They teach that America is evil, a gross polluter of the environment and a flagrant consumer of the Earth’s resources.  They teach that America is imperialistic and wants to dominate the world with its military power, without telling them that our military power and American blood have saved over a billion people from the brutality of dictators.

They tell impressionable kids that America must be reined in.  We must conserve.  We must apologize to the world.  They teach the kids to challenge their parents with this garbage.  They teach that the family must be broken down and separated.   They teach people how to rat on their neighbors.  They teach that government is all wise and all knowing and parents aren’t too smart.  Through this brainwashing, they (the royals of America) are dividing us, while conquering us at the same time.

And what of this ideology of radical environmentalism, coming to you from the most corrupt body on the planet, the United Nations and codified into American law without a treaty being debated and ratified?  It’s just another ruse for the “royals” to control you even more than you were before.  These planners and other educated idiots want to force you into ever-increasing densities in large cities.  Why?  No, it’s not only for environmental reasons.  The fact is, government can control people better when they are densely packed into urban areas.

Government controls your roads, buses and rapid transit (transportation).  They control your water, your sewer, your telephones, your electricity and your health care.  What good is a house in the city without roads, water, sewer and electricity, everything that government controls?   No good at all and government can withhold those services to force you to comply with their demands.  You will willingly capitulate when the “royals” shut off your water.

Sure, they tell us that all of their actions are for our own good and our own safety.  “That’s the price you pay for being secure and educated“, they say.  But do you call this freedom?

Ladies and gentlemen, when are you going to quit bowing to a “royal” birthright or government, a government that has lost all allegiance to the principles of liberty and instead adheres to the policy that government knows best, whether the people like it or not?

There are a few courageous ones that are challenging government in isolated spots around the country, but they are paying a terrible price for their audacity and having little effect.  Many lose everything in the process.  Some pay huge fines.  Many go broke.  Some even land in jail.  Some even get killed.  Very few win.  If there is not an avalanche of this type of resistance, America, as a free and sovereign nation, will be no more.  If not enough Americans get off their dead butts and resist this onslaught of tyranny, history will record this 100-year event as the greatest conquest of mankind since the dawn of human civilization ….. without a shot being fired!

That’s right!  You have been bowing down to “royal” government every day of your life and if you will look in the mirror and tell yourself the truth, you know it to be a fact. That’s disgusting and demeaning and not worthy of free men and women.  Sadly, you are not a sovereign any more.  You are just a happy slave.  How can living under a King or Queen be any different?

While Americans get enraptured in the illusion of royal fairy tales from England, Rome is burning and deranged shooters, wanting to commit suicide or “get even”, are shooting up innocent kids in our schools.  Peasants from poor countries are pouring across our borders by the millions and getting on welfare.  Healthcare costs are going through the roof.  Meanwhile, our “royal” governors, legislators, the elites, the establishment, the deep state and the central bankers are winning, or doing nothing ….. and freedom is losing.

Nevertheless, we’re not buying this up-side-down “royal” manure.  We consider ourselves to be individually sovereign and we bow to no man, royalty ….. or government.  Which are you?

But then, as a lonely, humble voice in the wilderness, what do we know?

‘Boy Scout’ annual Jamboree event releases new guidelines mandating condoms, green lights alcohol

Boy Scouts leadership has mandated a disturbing requirement for its World Jamboree event next year.

The 24th World Scout Jamboree will be held in West Virginia next summer and it seems the World Scout Committee is requiring that condoms be “readily and easily accessible” at the event, according to the Florida Family Policy Council.

The World Organization of the Scout Movement released its health and safety guidelines which require that host organizations, including Scouts BSA – formerly the Boy Scouts of America, “ensure that condoms are readily and easily accessible for all participants and [International Service Team] at a number of locations on the site.”

But that’s not all.

According to the Florida Family Policy Council:

Stunningly, the World Jamboree Guideline 7.3 also has “exceptions,” allowances and instructions for the consumption of alcohol in “confined areas” at the 12-day camping event. (It appears the Jamboree guidelines were drafted after the 2015 World Jamboree in Japan in preparation for the 2019 event and were just recently released in an email.)

Billed as “a celebration of cultural exchange, mutual understanding, peace, and friendship,” according to an announcement on the event’s page, the jamboree will be hosted by three national Scout organizations: Scouts Canada, Asociación de Scouts de México, and the Boy Scouts of America.

The “Unlock a New World” theme for the jamboree “speaks to the new adventures, cultures, and friendships that will be shared by Scouts from around the world during the event,” the statement added.

“More than 160 national scout organizations representing more than 200 nations and territories are expected to participate in this massive West Virginia 12-day camping event, which based on recent membership policy changes should include openly-gay boys, openly-gay adult scout leaders, transgendered boys and adults and now also girls,” the Florida Family Policy Council stated.

The organization has faced criticism, most recently over the name change from “Boy Scouts of America” to simply “Scouts BSA” in order to accommodate girls who are joining. And after more than century-long relationship, the Mormon Church severed ties with the organization as their values seemed to continue to diverge.

“In light of the mandatory condom policy, it is not clear how far down the rabbit hole the Boy Scouts will continue to fall,” John Stemberger, Florida Family Policy Council president, said in a statement.

“With the addition of condoms and alcohol, the World Jamboree is starting to sound more like a 1960s Woodstock festival rather than a campout that parents would want to send their children to!” he added.

“All of this should be deeply disturbing to the churches that are chartering Boy Scout Troops. These policies present a clear youth protection problem that the BSA absolutely refuses to recognize. The fact that they are requiring that condoms be ‘readily accessible’ and are communicating this to everyone– including youth participants–shows that the BSA is both anticipating and facilitating sexual conduct between minors at this event,” Stemberger said. “These policies are both outrageous and completely irresponsible.”

Columnist warns NFL that a ban on kneeling would be “hollow”

The NFL has a league meeting this week, kicking off today, where they will discuss a number of items relating to the rules of the league and various business interests. One possible item on the agenda has to do with the National Anthem protests which several players were still engaged in last season. It’s possible that the league may reverse its previous stance of leaving personnel decisions to the individual teams and place a ban on kneeling covering all 32 teams. That would be a total flipflop on the part of Roger Goodell if it happened, but it’s far from a sure thing.

Weighing in on the subject is Jarrett Bell, NFL correspondent for USA Today Sports and a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame selection committee. Bell clearly has some strong feelings on the subject and he implores the league to do precisely nothing. He questions whether or not the league really “gets it” when it comes to the Anthem protests and then goes on to declare that any such ban would be a “hollow” gesture now that the two main antagonists (Colin Kaepernick and Eric Reid) are no longer employed.

[A]n anti-kneeling policy would seem rather hollow with Colin Kaepernick and his former San Francisco 49ers teammate, safety Eric Reid, out of work as they pursue collusion cases against the NFL. That Kaepernick, a quarterback in his prime, can’t land a job in a league with a fair share of sorry passers, is about as un-American as it gets. Reid’s only legitimate sniff on the free agent market abruptly ended when he wouldn’t promise Cincinnati Bengals owner Mike Brown that he wouldn’t kneel to further protest police brutality and other social injustices victimizing African-Americans.

The NFL is fashioned as a meritocracy, open for the best players to claim jobs based on competition. Yet in the case of Kaepernick and now Reid, we know better. Whether they can prove collusion or not, this is what being blackballed looks like.

While it may come as a surprise, Bell and I are pretty much on the same page as to what the NFL as a whole should do, though we obviously come at the question from completely opposite perspectives. Bell goes on for an additional dozen paragraphs railing against the unfairness of it all and how players who use the platform of the playing field to espouse their own personal politics shouldn’t be “blacklisted.” He shrugs off the idea that the protests are bad for business without offering any other explanation for football’s tanking ratings over the past two seasons. He further insists that it’s somehow an invasion of a player’s privacy to ask them how they plan to behave (with regards to the Anthem) during hiring interviews. Apparently, the business interests of the franchise are of no consequence in Mr. Bell’s view.

As to what the author would like to see done by Goodell this week (aside from the aforementioned “nothing”), he curiously suggests that Goodell avoid a new position where, “teams can devise their own anthem policies.” That’s an odd reading of the rules from an expert. As we discussed back when Eric Reid was bringing his grievance, NFL rules simply state that the league “takes precedence in the event of ‘conflicting club rules.’” But when there is no rule in place at the league level, the teams are free to run their operations as they see fit. The NFL has no rule about Anthem protests, so the situation Bell seeks to avoid is actually already the status quo.

And that point brings me back to where we started. Though for very different reasons, I too feel that Roger Goodell should “do nothing” about Anthem protests at this point. The time to do so would have been when Kaepernick first started this entire mess. But too much water has gone under the bridge at this point and Goodell lacked the spine to bring the situation under control when it would have counted. Now it would look like cowardice or failure finally drove him to do his job.

Jarrett Bell sings the praises of the NFL for traditionally being a meritocracy, where the best players claim jobs through a process of competition. But there’s more than simple, raw numbers of completed passes, yards gained, tackles or interceptions which go into deciding which player is the best fit for each team. The teams should be left to pick who they want to start and, in the same spirit, be able to make their own rules about player behavior on the field. Then, as in a true meritocracy, the fans will vote with their wallets and television viewing habits as to who got it right.

Obama Ed.Sec: Children Should Not Attend School Until Stricter Gun Control Passed: Luckily, Their Children Attend Armed Private Schools

Former Education Czar Arne Duncan sends his kids to the same private school he attended as a boy. But that’s not stopping him from coming out of the woodwork to gravestand on the ten dead from the massacre at a Santa Fe high school to tell parents that they should pull their kids from classes until Congress acts on gun control to protect students.

During the Obama era, 38% of Congressmen had sent their kids to private school. Do you really think that Congress is the right place to go for informed opinions on public school or guns?

Arne Duncan, who is the man responsible for raining Common Core down upon the nation, started in private school before moving on to Harvard, and then to Australia to play basketball before Mayor Daley in Chicago recalled him for a cozy position as CEO as the local school system.

And it was that resume of Harvard, Chicago, and basketball that placed him so highly in the Barack era government.

Duncan Ignores Dead Children, Gets Attention For Himself

As news was pouring in of the students who went on a rampage using sawed-off shotguns and other weapons to murder his classmates on Friday, Democrats and Parkland attention-seekers went on their own spree of lecturing the nation.

On social media, Duncan retweeted this:

“Maybe it’s time for America’s 50 million school parents to simply pull their kids out of school until we have better gun laws.

And called it a “brilliant” idea, asking “what if no children went to school until gun laws changed to keep them safe?”

Then, he pledged that his family would be in it… if everyone else pulled their kids, too. He doesn’t want his to be left behind… but since he kids go to the same pricey, protective private school he attended as a child, I don’t think his kids will be the ones in danger anytime soon.

Arne Duncan

Now at the age of 53 — meaning that he was 45 when he was handed the position of Secretary of Education — Arne Duncan works for an organization looking to fix the gun violence problem in Chicago.

Before becoming the Education Secretary, he went to private school before becoming the CEO of the Chicago Public School system, a position handed to him by Mayor Daley in 2001, when he was 37.

Duncan attended Harvard from 1983-1987 and received a sociology degree before moving to Australia to play professional basketball from 1987-1991. His parents were both educators in Chicago, which is likely why they chose to put their son into private education.

Congressmen Choosing Private Schools

A study released by the Heritage Foundation in 2009 may be a few years out of date, but it is the most recent report on Congressmen and the school choices they make for their own families.

In 2009, there were only 14 states and Washington itself that offers school vouchers, or similar tax credit programs for education that allowed parents to send their children to private schools over public. Almost every state had attempted to introduce school choice legislation, which is a catch-all term that means government education funding follows the student to their school, instead of giving money to schools and expecting nearby students to attend.

By allowing the money to follow the student, a parent may be able to choose to send their kids to a better school, a little further away, which rewards the schools that try harder to deliver an education.

Vouchers and tax credits also ease the burden for parents whose children are intelligent and hard-working but who would otherwise not have the financial support to attend. In the end, it works better for everyone. Smart students, regardless of background, are able to access the schools best suited to them.

But this means a lot of busing, and it means that if your kid attends a Richie Rich academy he may be forced to share a classroom with poor kids.

According to the Heritage Foundation,

…many Members of Congress who oppose private-school-choice policies for their fellow citizens exercise school choice in their own lives. Senator Richard Durbin (D-IL), the chief architect of the language that threatens to end the OSP, for instance, sends his children to private school and attended private school himself.

Sen. Dick Durbin is still in Congress, and he’s been such a lying liar that we’ve had to dedicate entire articles rounding up his poor grip on the truth.

At the time the report was printed, the Heritage Foundation had been keeping an eye on elected politicians in Washington since 2000. Here’s what they found:

  • 38% of Members of the 111th Congress (2009) sent a child to private school at least once. The 38% represents the fact that 44% of Senators chose private school and 36% of Representatives had done so.
  • 23% of House Education and Labor Committee Members and almost 40% of Senate members on similar committees had sent their kids to private school.

They’re not exactly enamored with the state of public schools, are they?

This was the state of Congress at the time Arne Duncan was the Secretary of Education, a position he held from 2009 to 2015.

AFP Urges House to Pass Dodd-Frank Reform

Arlington, Va. – Americans for Prosperity today called on House lawmakers to pass the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief and Consumer Protection Act (S.2155), providing relief to regional and community banks suffering under the burdensome regulations of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (H.R. 4173). Ahead of an expected vote Tuesday, AFP is announcing it will be scoring the legislation on its congressional scorecard and is urging House lawmakers to vote “Yes”.

In a key vote letter sent to lawmakers Monday, AFP called on the House to pass the bipartisan bill crafted by Senate Banking Committee Chairman Mike Crapo (R-ID) easing federal restrictions on community banks and reducing the cost of regulatory compliance.

AFP Chief Government Affairs Officer Brent Gardner issued the following statement:

“Businesses and communities have suffered too long under harmful and counterproductive Obama-era financial restrictions. The consequences can be seen on Main Streets across the country as Dodd-Frank created barriers to the American Dream for millions of families and businesses.

“Thanks to the efforts of Chairman Crapo, House leadership and House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling, Republicans and Democrats now have an opportunity to work together to provide relief for the hardworking men and women who are the foundation of their vibrant communities.

“We urge House members to vote ‘yes’ on Dodd-Frank repeal and look forward to supporting Chairman Hensarling in his effort to advance additional House-passed financial reforms through the Senate.”

Background:

Since the passage of the 2,300-page Dodd- Frank law in 2010, AFP has advocated for an end to harmful regulations that force small financial institutions out of business due to increased compliance and burden consumers with higher costs.

In 2017, AFP championed Chairman Jeb Hensarling’s Financial Choice Act 2.0 and in 2018 worked with lawmakers in the House and Senate to advance meaningful bipartisan reform.

AFP Calls on House to Pass Right to Try

Arlington, VA – Americans for Prosperity today called on House lawmakers to pass right-to-try legislation expected to be voted on early this week. AFP announced it will be scoring the Trickett Wendler, Frank Mongiello, Jordan McLinn, and Matthew Bellina Right to Try Act of 2017 (S. 204) on its congressional scorecard and is urging House members to vote “Yes.”

VIEW THE KEY VOTE ALERT HERE

In a key vote letter sent to Representatives Monday, AFP Chief Government Affairs Officer Brent Gardner highlighted the bipartisan support right-to-try has already earned, including from the forty state legislatures that have passed similar legislation of their own.

“When facing a life-threatening illness, many patients and their families are left with extremely limited options for treatment.  With a drug approval process that can take up to 15 years, and a restrictive and overly complicated Compassionate Use Program, the FDA forces millions of patients to spend precious time waiting for access to care they might need.  This Right to Try legislation, however, gives hope to those who need it most.

“Having already been approved in 40 states, Right to Try is a commonsense reform that eases the regulatory burden on terminally ill patients while giving them and their families hope.  Members should seize this opportunity to pass a federal reform by supporting this legislation.”

Background:

  • January: AFP and Freedom Partners Chamber of Commerce launched a digital ad urging Congress to pass federal right-to-try legislation and issued a letter to House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Greg Walden calling for the committee to send the bill to the House floor for a full vote.
  • AFP and Freedom Partners also issued a memo on the need for federal right-to-try legislation.
  • February: The group called on activists to urge Rep. Walden and the House Energy and Commerce Committee to advance right-to-try legislation out of committee.
  • March: AFP thanked a bipartisan group of House lawmakers for supporting right-to-try.
  • April: AFP launched a six-figure TV and digital campaign calling on Congress to pass right-to-try legislation.
