Hundreds of Yazidis corpses, including children, killed by Isis discovered in Iraq mass grave #ISIS

Yazidis follow a mystical religion and are considered devil-worshippers by the Islamic fundamentalist group.

The remains of more than 340 Yazidi Kurds believed to have been executed by Isis terrorists have been found in a mass grave outside Mosul.

The gruesome discovery was made by Iraqi army troops in the ancient city of Nineveh, on the outskirts of Mosul, in northern Iraq.

“The mass grave contains the bodies of 340 people and is located in al-Ba’aj town, which was under control of Isis terrorists,” said Iraqi Brigadier General Mohamed al-Shemari.

A recent spate of killings of Islamic State members has ISIS jihadists in and around Mosul looking over their shoulders. A new curfew on civilians in west Mosul may be a reaction to this.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Abu Sayyaf, the Islamic State’s chief executioner and leader of their cell in the Nineveh province, was attacked and killed near Mosul on Sunday night. Sayyaf is believed to have beheaded more than 100 people and collected their decapitated heads for trophies.

“Abu Sayyaf” is Arabic for “father of the swordsmith.” His name is not to be confused with the Islamic State affiliate group in the Philippines of the same name that has also beheaded captives.
